It could simply be beautiful and famous. This is the case under Olympia Scarry (granddaughter of famous illustrator Richard Scarry) who made her first appearances in the media world. A former student in visual communications, she belongs to that gilded youth for whom the feast continues all the time.
Scarry freezes the resin models of bras (in this case of Lara Stone’s), encloses the sculpture, and creates a mirror effect of light in a Plexiglass cage.

Shrives calls his work Post-Paintings which are reproductions of iconic works (Mondrian, Picasso, Warhol, Johns, etc…) executed in acrylic on brown paper then damaged, mistreated, and wrinkled.
